Dunlap Family Reunion Founders
The Dunlap Family Reunion was started by Mr. Willie Dunlap and his daughter, Ms. Sally Dunlap, in the summer of 1970 in Detroit, Michigan. Since then, the reunion has grown into an annual Dunlap family tradition celebrated by generations of Dunlaps, in cities all across the country.

At the 2022 Reunion, the Dunlap Family voted to consolidate the Southern Chapter of Charlotte, North Carolina, and the Northern Chapter of Detroit, Michigan, into one unified Reunion Executive Committee serving a three-year term.
